When you contact Us, whether by telephone, through our website, app or by email, We collect the data you have given to Us in order to reply with the information you need. We record your request and Our reply in order to increase the efficiency of our Company.

Your data is securely stored online with restricted access to only persons authorised to perform tasks on behalf of the Company.

- Canva - online design software
- LandMark - electronic due diligence check
These systems are all password protected and it is only known/ accessed by persons authorised by the Company.
Physical data (on paper) is held in a secure office in Turners Hill. You may ask us for more details about our data storage - to do so, please email us with your request.
DATA RETENTION
We will retain your information in full or partially, (1) for as long as you use the Service; (2) to comply with other law, including for the period demanded by our tax authorities; (3) to support a claim or defense in court; (4) for an undetermined time thereafter, depending upon the factors deemed appropriate by Us; (5) until you request, via our email to Us, to delete your information.
DATA DELETION
We will permanently delete your information upon your request, which can be done by contacting Us.
When We have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, We will either delete or anonymise it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Keeping your information safe

However, please also remember that We cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. OPT OUT

You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.
