We can renovate your property to help increase its chances of selling, at no upfront cost to you.

This approach is known as an “assisted sale.” We carry out the renovation work at our own expense, without taking ownership of your property. Once the improvements are complete, the property is reintroduced to the market and sold to a traditional buyer. As the name suggests, we assist you throughout the sales process to help achieve a stronger result.

Before any work begins, we agree all details upfront and set them out in a legally binding contract. This clearly defines the responsibilities of both parties, along with the pre-agreed value you, as the owner, will receive once the property is sold.

The works
We decide on the scope of the renovation together and manage the process with our trusted building team. It is in our best interest to deliver a high-quality finish to maximise the resale value. The final sale price achieved does not affect the amount you receive, as this is fixed in advance within the agreement.
