Who we are
I am Helen
I am a wife and mother of two.
I first got involved in property with a BTL purchase in 1996, when my children were still small.
My children are now older and my passion for property has returned with a vengeance.
I have completed a year’s mentoring with Susannah Cole and now have a constant supply of knowledge and advice at my fingertips.
When I met with Juliana, we simply ‘clicked’ and have discovered through our individual strengths and weaknesses that we work really well together. I am a very organised person and enjoy completing tasks and getting things done.
Last year, my husband and I took the plunge and changed our lifestyle - from housewife and IT Director in the South of England to owners of a bed and breakfast near the Lake District.
My aim is to continue progressing with projects under H&D, by inding solutions to all involved in our projects.

Hi, my name is Juliana and I am Brazilian-British. I have lived in the UK for over 15 years now and consider England my home.
I am the proud mother of two beautiful dogs, called Marley and Lola.
I graduated in marketing and advertising and built a solid and successful career in this area (which I love).
I got into property years ago after joining a property investment training company based in London. More than knowledge, they offered invaluable support and mentorship.
I met Helen around 6 years ago and together, we have been building a successful property business, whilst I have been working with marketing as a consultant.
My favourite part of property investing is coming up with ideas to create win-win situations.
We are organised, reliable and full of energy - and love creating win-win situations.

We are individuals that like human contact. We are not corporate, so expect no cold calls nor jargon. Just a good old cuppa and a chat - in person or online.
